I can't find a game I purchased and downloaded in the MOGA Pivot App. How do I get it to work?

Confirm that your previously purchased and downloaded games are MOGA Enhanced (compatible with MOGA). You can do this by visiting MOGAanywhere.com/games and reviewing the current list of all MOGA Enhanced Games.

If your game does not appear in the list of MOGA Enhanced Games, your game is not currently compatible with MOGA controllers.

If your game does appear in the list of MOGA Enhanced Games, but does not appear in the MOGA Pivot App, the game may require an update. You do not need to repurchase the app. To update your game, please visit the Google Play Store (Android), the App Store (iOS) or the developer’s online storefront (such as GameLoft.com), to download and install any available updates.


If there are no updates available, or if the update did not resolve the issue, please contact MOGA Customer Service by clicking here and reference the game title that is causing the inconvenience.
